摘要：The algebraic theory of derivations plays an important role in the research of some central problems in affine algebraic geometry. We will talk about the locally nilpotent derivations and Makar-Limanov invariants of affine domains, which are related to the Jacobian conjecture and Zariski’s cancellation problem for affine varieties.
